A law graduate from the University of Benin and holder of a Master’s in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos, Gertrude is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK and Nigeria) and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, amongst others. She is also a certified online dispute resolution mediator. Her expertise spans company secretarial practice, dispute resolution, and corporate governance, making her a trusted adviser known for her discretion, integrity, and strategic foresight.
