In line with their commitment to advancing Nigeria’s energy development agenda, Baywood Continental Limited (BCL) and Nivomo Energies, both subsidiaries of the Baywood Group, participated at the Gas Investment Forum (GIF) 2025, held from October 7–8, 2025, at the Oriental Hotel, Lagos.

The forum, themed “Charting New Opportunities for Growth & Industrialization,” served as a key convergence point for policymakers, investors, and energy stakeholders committed to unlocking Nigeria’s gas potential and driving industrial growth.

Baywood Continental and Nivomo Energies showcased a joint exhibition booth in collaboration with the Petroleum Technology Association of Nigeria (PETAN), an initiative that was strategically planned ahead of the event. The joint presence underscored a shared vision to promote indigenous participation, technical innovation, and capacity development within Nigeria’s gas value chain.

This partnership reflects Baywood’s continued drive to support Nigeria’s local content agenda while aligning with PETAN’s mission of empowering indigenous oilfield service providers to contribute meaningfully to the nation’s energy transformation.

At the booth, Baywood Continental and Nivomo Energies highlighted their expertise across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning (EPCIC), as well as drilling support and energy infrastructure services.

The exhibition offered a platform for engaging with stakeholders, exploring future partnerships, and reinforcing Baywood’s reputation as a reliable indigenous player in the oil and gas sector.

Visitors to the booth experienced firsthand the companies’ ongoing projects and innovative solutions designed to accelerate gas utilization and strengthen Nigeria’s energy self-sufficiency.

The Gas Investment Forum 2025 provided an avenue for constructive dialogue between government representatives, investors, and energy companies on how to create sustainable frameworks for gas development in Africa.

For Baywood Continental and Nivomo Energies, the collaboration with PETAN goes beyond visibility, it represents a deliberate step toward building a resilient, locally driven energy sector that prioritizes value creation, innovation, and partnership.

Together, their presence at GIF 2025 reinforces the Baywood Group’s position as a forward-thinking energy conglomerate committed to powering Nigeria’s economic growth through innovation, collaboration, and local expertise.
